We’re going to captivate
your senses before it’s too late!
Thursday 03 January 2019
Please join us to this exciting island with its diversity, its pristine beaches and whilst the island still holds the charm which captivates the heart and soul of every visitor!
From the sight-packed city of HAVANA, Cuba’s intoxicating capital to the fascinating Cuban culture, which is diverse, complex and truly fascinating you will be enthralled with this beautiful island and its people. You’ll just LOVE it!
NB. Please be advised that due to an ongoing internal air accident investigation from earlier this year, Travelsphere have made the decision to withdraw the included internal flight from Havana to Guardalavaca. Instead, the whole tour will now be enjoyed by land. Of course this means we will see even more of Cuba than previously envisaged! The amended itinerary can be seen below.
January is a wonderful time to visit Cuba. After the Christmas festivities and cold UK weather, over 20° degrees of sunshine will be a real tonic. The weather in Havana is beautiful all year round and is particularly enticing during the northern hemisphere’s winter. The average temperature ranges from 22°C and 27°C. This is the coolest month and one of the most comfortable in which to visit Varadero. Due to the tropical climate it can be quite humid before it does rain and then again after with the average humidity in January around 80%.
With so many varying influences throughout its history, from Europe, North America and Africa, an incredibly unique Cuban identity has been shaped. Not only is Cuba a beautiful country, it also has a population that is very friendly and hospitable in spite of the economic difficulties in the last few years.
The Cuban revolution was one of the most fundamental changes to occur in Cuban history. The political and social upheaval that occurred has, without doubt, had a huge impact on the development of modern Cuban culture, so the best time to go is NOW, while the island is still holds the charm which captivates the heart and soul of every visitor.
If Cuba is on your bucket-list, but you’ve never got around to going, why not join us and make it easy for yourself! Travelling in a small local group is great fun, hassle-free and you will not believe how much you can see and do in such a short time.
