If you wish to enquire about the availability of one of our trips or tours, please contact us by email, Whats App, text or telephone – we’re always available to have a chat and if SOLD OUT we normally operate a ‘Wait List’ as clients do tend to have long-awaited medical appointments suddenly scheduled for the same day or period and of course we also have cancellations due to sickness, so it is always worth going on a waitlist!
When a Booking Form has been submitted, a ‘Booking Form Received’ confirmation will automatically be sent. Subject to availability, your booking is only ‘confirmed’ when payment has been made to Solent Events – by BACS (preferred) or by telephone. Lin at Solent Events will take your Debit Card or Credit Card details for this purpose.

Easy Payment Plans:
We know how difficult it can be to pay for an expensive trip, or several trips outright, especially when scheduled for some months or years ahead, so some of our Luxury day trips and immersive theatre trips also offer a no-interest Easy Payment Plan to help you budget. If not mentioned, please ask. All holidays and tours require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
All holiday tours are personally organised in conjunction with our tried, tested and trusted tour operators who are all fully bonded with ATOL, ABTA/ABTOT for your peace of mind and financial protection.
Solent Events is still going strong after the pandemic and Brexit, albeit with new challenges! As staff shortages continue in the Travel, Hospitality & Leisure industry, organsing some of our events is taking longer than normal to finalise, but we will get there and of course we are still taking bookings for our future Away-Days, Theatre Trips and Holidays in Europe & Worldwide.
